***Special Notice***

Per MoDOT, as part of the I-64 Project, Laclede Gas will be relocating utilities at McCausland and I-64/40 from Tuesday, May 13th through Friday, May 16th from 7:00 p.m. - 5:30 a.m. and during this time, there will be no ramp access from I-64/40. All four ramps at McCausland Ave and I-64/40 will be closed. In the event these ramps are still closed on Friday, May 16, MoDot proposes the following alternate routes:

Coming from downtown I-64/40 West Bound:

  • Exit at Clayton Rd./Skinker Exit, go North on Skinker
  • One lane is closed in each lane, and direction those nights

Coming from I-64/East Bound - Frontenac/Chesterfield:

  • Exit at Bellevue, North to Clayton, east to Skinker
  • A sign will be placed off the shoulder of the hwy at the Bellevue ramp providing directional information. The sign will read "Washington U use Bellevue, McCausland Ramps closed."
  • They will also use dedicated electrical message boards
  • One lane is closed in each lane and direction those nights
