Ramesh Raghavan

Assistant professor of Social Work

Expertise: public health, mental health services, children in the child welfare system, health policy, Medicaid

Bio: Ramesh Raghavan's clinical, policy and administrative expertise in public health and psychiatry fuel his research interests in mental health services and policies for children in the child welfare system. Prior to joining the faculty at the George Warren Brown School of Social Work and the School of Medicine, he was policy director for the National Child Traumatic Stress Network, a network of 44 centers concerned with the delivery of mental health services to children exposed to trauma. He was also a Public Health Fellow at the UCLA/RAND Center for Adolescent Health Promotion.
